1 (1). Katie Rainsberger, senior, Air Academy (Colorado): Won the Colorado Class 4A title with very fast 17:39 on tough course.

2 (3). Nevada Mareno, junior, Leesville (North Carolina): Crushed the competition at the NC Class 4A Mideast region meet; state is Saturday.

3 (5). Weini Kelati, junior, Heritage (Virginia): Another huge margin of victory at the conference championships.

4 (6). Ella Donaghu, senior, Grant (Oregon): Followed state meet course record 17:26 with commitment to Stanford.

5 (7). Judy Pendergast, senior, North Naperville (Illinois): Ready to see where she stacks up against history at Detweiler Park on Saturday.

6 (NR). Kate Murphy, Lake Braddock (Virginia): Going full throttle the past two weeks with pair of 16:45 5Ks.

7 (2). Fiona O'Keeffe, senior, Davis Sr (California): Sat out the last few meets.

8 (12). Annie Hill, sophomore, Glacier (Montana): Montana champ ran 16:30 for 3 miles at Great Falls.

9 (4). Hannah DeBalsi, senior, Staples (Connecticut): Still revving up with Class LL title last Saturday.

10 (13). Grace Ping, seventh grade, Cotter (Minnesota): Wonderkind dominated a section meet; state is Saturday.

11 (8). Lauren Gregory, junior, Fort Collins (Colorado): Won her third Class 5A state title.

12 10). Abbey Wheeler, senior, Elmira (New York): Outkicked Jessica Lawson at STAC meet in Owego.

13 (9). Jessica Lawson, junior, Corning (New York): It’s too close to call between Lawson and Wheeler right now in NY.

14 (14). Taylor Werner, senior, Ste. Genevieve (Missouri): Ran a very fast 16:58 at the district meet; state is Saturday.

15 (16). Christina Aragon, senior, Billings Senior (Montana): Placed second to Hill at the Montana state meet.

16 (18). Bethany Hasz, senior, Alexandria (Minnesota): Strong run at Section 8AA.

17 (15). Courtney Wayment, senior, Davis (Utah): Idle.

18 (19). Julia Heymach, junior, Lamar (Texas): Won a chaotic regional meet that was affected by mud.

19 (20). Lindsey Payne, sophomore Glenbard West (Illinois): Can she give Pendergast a run for her money at Detweiler?

20 (21): Rebecca Story, sophomore, Christian Academy (Tennessee): Won her region meet in Knoxville.

21 (23). Kaitlyn Neal, senior, Fayetteville-Manlius (New York): Gearing up for sectionals.

22 (24). Maryjeanne Gilbert, senior, Peoria Notre Dame (Illinois): An overwhelming favorite to win Class 2A title on Saturday.

23. (25). Allie Schadler, junior, Rio Rico (Arizona): Ran 16:47.7 at district meet; state meet is Saturday.

24 (29). Ashton Endsley, junior, Abilene (Texas): Ran very fast 17:05 at region meet; state is Saturday.

25 (NR). Sarah Leinheiser, junior, Carmel (Indiana): Won the girls championship race in Terre Haute in 17:30.8.

26 (27). Cate Ratliff, senior, Santa Cruz (California): League championships are today.

27 (NR). Brooke Starn, senior, Monte Vista (California): Credit given for 16:55 at Mt. SAC, fastest of the meet.

28 (26). Mattie Shirley-Fairbairn, freshman, Bismarck (North Dakota): Won the North Dakota state title.

29 (28). Taylor Cuneo, sophomore, Central Magnet (Tennessee): Won regional meet by almost a minute; state meet is Saturday.

30 (NR). Alyssa Aldridge, sophomore, Mainland (New Jersey): Building momentum with each win, undefeated in New Jersey.
