(4) Oliver Horton, junior, Coronado CO – Won Desert Twilight title in 14:23.9, beating Yohanes Van Meerten in an all-time classic race in meet history. 5. (12) Yohanes Van Meerten, junior, Flagstaff AZ – Finished second to Oliver Horton in 14:25.7, shaving 20 seconds off his lifetime best at the 5k distance. 7.
