Oakley ends season undefeated and No. 1

Nike Cross Nationals champion Brie Oakley's dominance of the 2016 season, including a Woodbridge Classic victory over Foot Locker winner Claudia Lane, elevates her to US#1 in the final rankings of the season. Oakley ascended to No. 1 for the first time in the DyeStat rankings in the Nov. 3 list following her record-breaking performance at the Coloardo state meet. 

Note: The final rankings are heavily weighted on the outcomes of the two national championship meets, Foot Locker and NXN. Consideration was also given to state and regional performances.
