South

Keller is the surprise of the early season in the South with several high finishes against some of the top teams in Texas.  Southlake Carroll also moves into the top five after a close runner-up finish to Marcus at the Marcus I Invitational.

Southeast

The addition of freshman Sophia Link as a strong number two runner has vaulted defending Southeast Region Champion Blacksburg into the top five.

Midwest

There was a big shakeup in the Midwest in the first month of the season.  Impressive showings by Yorkville and Batavia over an off-day Naperville North squad elevate them among the top teams in the region.

Heartland

Minnesota is dominating the Heartland Region with surprising parity among the top five.  Willmar and Wayzata have yet to run at full strength, which is why they drop slightly. Strong performances from Minnetonka and Marshall have earned them deserving recognition.

New York

The addition of transfer Kaitlyn Neal pushed Fayetteville-Manlius back to the top of New York.  Strong performances from Monroe-Woodbury and East Aurora at the Crusader Classic also move them up the region leader board.

Northeast

Unionville used a close runner up finish to Pennsbury at the Cherokee Challenge to send the defending Northeast Region champions back into the top five.

Northwest

Sunset jumped Camas with the addition of freshman Ember Stratton who finished third in the sweepstakes race at Woodbridge.  Mountain View has emerged as the early season top team in Idaho, rounding out the top five.

Southwest

Desert Vista has been rewarded for their hot early season campaign which has included two races against US#1 Great Oak.

Yucaipa has demonstrated impressive depth thus far, with the Thunderbirds following their victory at the Fastback Shootout at Mt. SAC with a 23-second spread among their top five in a non-sweepstakes race at the Woodbridge Classic. Warren and Capistrano Valley both performed well at the Laguna Hills Invitational as well as Woodbridge.
