This week (Preseason) 

1 (1). Cole Sprout, junior, Valor Christian CO: He won his opener at the Liberty Bell Invitational by 27 seconds, though he didn't run in the fastest race of the meet.

2 (2). Liam Anderson, senior, Redwood (Larkspur) CA: No races yet.

3 (4). Graydon Morris, junior, Aledo TX: His victory at the Marcus I Invitational shows that he's over his injury, or nearly so.

4 (3). Drew Bosley, senior, Homestead WI: Two wins under his belt, he won the Arrowhead Invitational by 35 seconds, in 15:11.

5 (5). Ryan Oosting, senior, Arlington MA: No races yet.

6 (6). Devin Hart, senior, Point Pleasant Boro NJ: His opener is Saturday at the Bowdoin Park Classic.

7 (7). Matt Strangio, junior, Jesuit CA: Three races so far, and three wins.

8 (10). Nick Foster, senior, Ann Arbor Pioneer MI: He ran 15:09 to win the MSU Spartan Invitational.

9 (11). Conant Smith, senior, Middletown OH: He won the Bob Schul Invitational by 54 seconds.

10 (12). Charles Hicks, senior, The Bolles School FL: He has been nothing but impressive in two outings so far, at Florida Horse Park Invitational and the Bale-N-Trail Cross Country Original.

11 (NR). Cole Bullock, senior, Red Bank TN: His 14:54 at the Cherokee Classic on Sept. 8 was an eye-opening performance that zooms him up the list. It's a result that indicates vast improvement.

12 (34). Evan Holland, junior, Ashland OR: A sub-15 run at the Northwest Classic points to big things ahead.

13 (43). Cole Hocker, senior, Indianapolis Cathedral IN: He won the Riverview Health FlashRock Invitational by 41 seconds, in 15:02.

14 (19). Grant Gardner, senior, Springville UT: He has been dominant so far in Utah.

15 (96). Nico Young, junior, Newbury Park CA: Under the bright lights, he enjoyed a breakout moment with a big victory and 14:01.1 3-mile result at the Woodbridge Cross Country Classic.

16 (14). Kashon Harrison, senior, Kirtland Central NM: He has won three invitationals to start the season, including the Shiprock Chieftain Invitational last weekend.

17 (28). Camren Fischer, senior, Fayetteville AR: He won the Southlake Carroll Invitational in Texas.

18 (13). Carter Cheeseman, senior, Fort Worth Christian TX: He was second to Fischer in a close race at Southlake Carroll.

19 (15). Sam Affolder, senior, Loudoun Valley VA: Still yet to race.

20 (9). Jake Renfree, senior, Knoxville Catholic TN: He finished second to Bullock at the Cherokee Classic.

21 (NR). Nathan Green, sophomore, Borah ID: This breakout runner has two close wins over Idaho state champion Nicholas Russell.

22 (18). Easton Allred, junior, Mountain Vista CO: Ineligible to compete with the varsity after his transfer, he won a JV race at the Liberty Bell Invite in 15:17 – beating his nearest competitor by 98 seconds.

23 (17). Stetson Moss, junior, Thunder Ridge ID: He has one early win under his belt.

24 (22). Matthew Payamps, senior, St. Anthony’s NY: He won at the Warwick Valley Big Purple Wave Mania and also the Regis Invitational.

25 (32). Kevin Ramos, senior, Rubidoux CA: He placed second at Woodbridge.

26 (23). Parker Stokes, senior, Maine Endwell NY: No races yet.

27 (24). Joe Waskom, senior, Mt. Si WA: He has two early wins in Washington.

28 (25). Garrett Brennan, senior, Fayetteville-Manlius NY: He got an early win at the Chittenago Invitational.

29 (26). Cruz Culpepper, junior, Niwot CO: He won the Sweepstakes A race at the Liberty Bell Invitational.

30 (45). Bradley Peloquin, senior, Gig Harbor WA: He beat some big names, like Ryan Kline and Daniel Maton, at the Fort Steilacoom Invitational.
